Deputy head of the presidential administration Komil Allamjonov, head of the branch Saida Mirziyoyeva and Minister of preschool and school education Hilola Umarova held a meeting with Munir Mamadzade, head of Unicef's mission in Uzbekistan and experts from international organizations.

The meeting discussed a joint UNICEF and UNESCO project to expand access to quality school education in Uzbekistan and provide equal opportunities for all children, including children in need of social protection.

International organizations conduct scientific research on the development of the field of education and develop strategies for improving the situation in the five existing problem areas. In particular, it is envisaged to modernize the school infrastructure, develop and provide inclusive educational and methodological materials and improve the skills of teachers.

"A major study was conducted in conjunction with the Ministry of preschool and school education and international organizations. By making a clear diagnosis of existing problems, specific strategies and sources of financing were established on its solution.

We thank all international organizations — UNICEF, UNESCO, USAID and the World Bank for not being indifferent to the educational system of Uzbekistan. I hope that in cooperation we will definitely be able to create a quality education system,” writes Komil Allamzhonov.
