With the organizational support of the Ministry of Defense, assistance was sent to Turkey

On the instructions of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev, measures are continuing to provide assistance to the victims of the earthquake in Turkey.

As the press service of the Ministry of Defense informs AZERTAC, in order to provide assistance to the victims in the fraternal country, servicemen of the Azerbaijani army and members of their families, with the organizational support of the Ministry of Defense, collection points were created in the relevant military units.

The clothes and food brought by the soldiers and their families were stacked at the collection points, after which they were sorted, packed and sent to Turkey by truck.
