Until July 1, 2023, online electronic meters will be installed at all natural gas receiving and transmission points, and they will be integrated with the information systems of the tax authorities, introducing a single automated natural gas movement system.
” On measures to improve the system of accounting for the production, processing and realization of natural gas and liquid hydrocarbons, " the president's decision was adopted.
Based on the decision, online electronic meters will be installed at all natural gas receiving and transmission points until July 1, 2023. These meters will be integrated with the information systems of the tax authorities and a single automated natural gas movement system will be introduced.
From October 1, 2023, it is mandatory to install chromatographs and electronic meters at gas reception and transmission points of enterprises transporting natural gas from Uzbekistan through pipelines. Until July 1, 2023, an information system will be introduced to enter information regarding contracts for the realization of natural gas and liquid hydrocarbons.
From October 1, 2023: information on contracts for the realization of natural gas and liquid hydrocarbons is entered into the Information System of the Tax Committee; electronic invoices on these contracts are formed on the basis of information entered into the Information System of the Tax Committee.
An additional 2 gas measuring stations will be built in the Republic by October 1, 2024.
