The plane flying from Iran to Beijing made an emergency landing in Tashkent

Mahan Air flight IRM079 on the Tehran-Beijing route made an emergency flight to Tashkent. This was reported by the press service of Uzbekistan Airports.

It is noted that the plane landed at Tashkent airport on May 28 at 23:20 local time.

The reason for the landing was a passenger who had a heart attack. Due to the deterioration of the passenger's health, the crew decided to transfer to an alternative airport.

After landing at the airport, the passenger was taken by an ambulance and admitted to a medical facility for qualified medical care.

Circumstances related to emergency landing
In October 2022, the plane of the Russian "Azimut" airline flying from Moscow to Urganch made an emergency landing in Samara. This was caused by the deterioration of the health of one of the passengers. On January 18, an Aeroflot plane landed in Urganch while flying from Moscow to Goa. At the end of February, the plane of the "Azimut" airline flying along the Samarkand-Ufa route returned to the "Samarkand" international airport due to technical reasons.
