Mastering the production of the innovative family of CSS Prime engines using the advanced technology of high-pressure aluminum cylinder block production provides the engine with better heat transfer and environmental friendliness. The distinctive feature of these engines is their advanced technology, fuel economy and turbines. Through the involvement of local specialists and the optimization of capital costs for the purchase of production line equipment, the project cost was reduced by about 20 million dollars. The new Kova Foundry foundry, which was built from scratch in Andijan region, started production of cast iron parts. In order to develop new types of products with high added value, the enterprise has introduced the most advanced and new technologies for the industry, including all cycles of metal processing: melting, casting, molding and high-precision processing. The enterprise with a capacity of 18,000 tons per year will increase the added value of raw materials up to 10 times and replace the import of spare parts by 21 million dollars.

Within the framework of the localization program, UzAuto enterprises launched the production of radiators with a modern engine cooling system, multifunctional steering wheel and airbag with car control functions, as well as modern and safe plastic gas tanks using unique technology used by only 3 global manufacturers. In addition, the production of side windows for Chevrolet Onix and Tracker cars was mastered at UzKoram-Co LLC. In addition, for the first time, production and processing of plastic and rubber parts using modern methods, including extrusion (technological process - a type of pressure casting), was launched. Also, the introduction of ultrasonic welding of plastic parts and two-component injection molding of plastic under pressure, which allows for high hermetic performance and absorption of impact or vibration.

Modernization also affected the production process of body parts by hot stamping. The establishment of a fully automated metal processing workshop by hot stamping at UzSungwoo plant, the only one in Central Asia, made it possible to localize 20 types of import-substituting components for Chevrolet Tracker and Onix models worth about 214.5 billion soums.
