KAZINFORM - ASTANA According to information obtained by Kazinform from the Justice Ministry's press office, Talgat Uali has been named the organization's official spokeswoman.
Uali, who graduated from Kainar University, was born in 1988 in the East Kazakhstan region's Aksuat village in the Tarbagatai district.
In Semey city, Uali began his professional career as a reporter for TVK-6.
He worked as the regional publishing editor for the Qazaqstan TV station in 2011.
He worked as a journalist for the ERA TV station in 2012.
He became a reporter for Khabar Agency in 2015.
He worked as a reporter for the Atameken Business TV station and was a special correspondent for the Presidential News Service Pool in 2016.
He served as the official spokesperson for Kazakhstan's Ministry of Emergency Situations prior to his current job.
