The leader of the nation provided assistance to the victims of the earthquake in Syria

On behalf of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, dear Emomali Rahmon, humanitarian aid has been sent to victims of a strong earthquake in the Syrian Arab Republic, reports NIAT "Khovar".

Humanitarian aid consists of basic foodstuffs such as flour, butter, sugar, rice, pasta and drinking water.

Along with this, winter clothing and shoes, blankets and pillows, beds, tents, bedding, bedspreads, protective masks and antiseptic materials were provided to the victims of the natural disaster in Syria.

The total volume of humanitarian aid from the Tajik side to the affected people of the Syrian Arab Republic is 50 tons.

The assistance was prepared on the instructions of the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, dear Emomali Rahmon, by the Agency for State Material Resources under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Committee for Emergency Situations and Civil Defense under the The Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, sent to Syria by special planes.
