Sumalak is a delicious dish cooked by Central Asian and other Turkic and Persian peoples during Nowruz holiday. Sumalak preparation takes place to the sound of national songs and lapars. Sumalak is prepared by our mothers for 24 hours with thanksgiving and good wishes. The @casiauz team also took part in the sumak election held in Tashkent City.
