Shavkat Mirziyoyev launched 6 new companies in Surkhandarya

Shavkat Mirziyoyev got acquainted with the activities of the Termez national Carpets Limited Liability Company in the Yangiabad neighborhood of Termez District.

The enterprise has a carpet production capacity of 2.2 million square meters per year. To do this, modern equipment from Germany, Belgium, Turkey is installed. 150 new jobs were created.

It is planned to export about half of the products. 80% of raw materials are localized. In a short time, $ 255,000 worth of carpets and rugs were exported to Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan. This year, it is intended to deliver a product worth 4 million dollars to foreign customers. 

Particular attention is paid to the use of alternative energy at the enterprise. Solar panels are currently used for the outdoor and indoor lighting system. The head of State got acquainted with the production process. Inspected the exhibition of industrial products produced in the region.

There was a ceremony to launch 6 new production facilities. Representatives of “Indenim Cluster” in Termez, “Fabullo stroy service” in Jarqurgan district, “Angor Baraka” in Angor District, “Termez agro impeks” in Termez district, a small industrial zone of building materials in Sariosiya district, and a Tollang hydro power plant provided information about the potential of the complexes by video call.

Indenim Cluster limited liability company in Termez specializes in the production of ready-to-wear cotton fibers. 400 new jobs were established.

At the Enterprise “Fabullo stroy service” in the jargon District, 75 thousand cubic meters of autoclave gazobloc production was mastered per year and 80 new jobs were created.

A national craft centre has been established in the Angor District limited liability company trade complex “Angor Baraka”. Nearly 125,000 pieces of ready-to-wear, 50 types of national costumes and handicrafts are made there annually, providing employment for up to a thousand women.

In a small industrial zone in the sariasiya district, modern building materials are produced.
