Sadyr Zhaparov will pay a state visit to China

Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov is expected to pay a state visit to China in May 2023. This was announced today at a press conference by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to KR Du Deven.

According to her, Sadyr Zhaparov will take part in the first summit of the China—Central Asia mechanism. At the same time, his first state visit to China since his appointment as president will take place.

"We attach great importance to this trip. Now both sides are actively preparing for the event. We hope that it will end with great success and bring the relations of the two states to a new level. We will take a new step in building a community of a single destiny of China and Kyrgyzstan," Du Deven concluded.
