Nodirbek Abdusattarov won the final

Uzbek Grandmaster Nodirbek Abdusattarov (2731) won the final of the ChessKid Cup-2023 online chess competition and went to the grand final.

Our compatriot beat Jorden van Forest in the final with a score of 2.5:1.5. Now Nodirbek will compete in the grand final with the chess player who won in the loser's bracket. The grand final will be held on May 26.

Van Forest will face the winner of Fabiano Caruana and Jules Mussar in the final of the losers bracket. The winning grandmaster will face Abdusattarov in the decisive match.
