Mirziyoyev got acquainted with the new massif plan

During his visit to Samarkand, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev got acquainted with the presentation of the master plan of the "Shirin" massif.

This neighborhood is located near the international airport, on the banks of the Zarafshan river. A modern massif is planned to be built in this area, worthy of the creativity implemented in Samarkand in recent years. 389 hectares of land has been allocated for this purpose.

According to the project, there will be apartment buildings, schools and kindergartens, polyclinics, sports fields and entertainment venues. Large business and trade complexes give an additional impetus to economic development and job growth. Bridges and roads connecting the massif with the city, infrastructure and communication networks will be built.

The head of our state gave instructions on improving the project based on advanced urban planning experience and increasing social services.
