Kazakhstan provides financial aid for culture.

Erlan Karin, Kazakhstan's State Counselor, met with artists and cultural workers in Astana and Almaty and participated in the solemn event for presenting state subsidies for culture for 2022, according to the Akorda news service.

For their contributions to the growth and development of spirituality in the nation, the state awards grants to creative youth, artists, and cultural workers. 75 people received state grants this year. Well-known poets and authors including Olzhas Suleimenov, Myrzatai Zholdysbekov, Dulat Isabekov, Tolen Abdikuly, Smagul Yelubai, and artists like Asanali Ashimov, Sabit Orazbayev, and Tungyshbai Zhamankulov are among them.

Karin also provided an update on the current improvements. He focused in particular on sociopolitical and social modernisation initiatives.
