In Tashkent, a group of undercover members of a terrorist organization were captured. This was reported by the capital's IIBB Information Service. 

According to him, on may 20, 8 undercover members of a terrorist organization called “Tawhid and jihad Katiba” were caught in cooperation with law enforcement agencies. They planned to hold collective rallies in the territory of the city of Tashkent and join the ranks of terrorist organizations operating in the territory of the Syrian state in the future. 

They have also been engaged in communicating with the leaders of the terrorist organization through the internet and various social messengers, promoting the ideas of the organization among the population on their instructions and expanding the organization's ranks. 

Currently, a criminal case has been initiated by the Investigation Department under the IIBB of the city of Tashkent with the relevant articles of the Criminal Code and a prison-style precautionary measure has been applied to suspects. Investigative efforts continue.
