The first dovcha appeared in retail trade in Tashkent. Only one store of the "Korzinka" supermarket chain sells 100 grams of pork for 99,990 soums. This means 999,900 soums for 1 kg. The first pig that appeared in 2023 was exactly 10 times more expensive than last year. According to information from EastFruit, dovuchcha appeared in supermarkets in Tashkent on the following dates and prices: 2022: March 6 at a price of 9,990 soums ($0.92) per 100 grams, which corresponds to $9.2 per 1 kg. 2021: March 9-10 at an average price of 7,500 soums ($0.71) per 100 grams, i.e. $7.1 per 1 kg. 2020: March 11 at a price of 9,599 soums ($1) per 100 grams, i.e. $10.1 per 1 kg. According to the data, the prices in 2023 are 10-13 times higher than the previous ones. Experts assume that the plums sold in Tashkent were brought from abroad or grown indoors, as green apricots that can be marketed even in the southernmost regions of Uzbekistan have not yet formed.
