Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov met with Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan

During the official visit of khalk maslakhaty Chairman Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to the United Arab Emirates on Monday 13 February, he met with Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan. This was reported on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

The National Leader of the Turkmen people expressed gratitude for the warm welcome and stressed that he highly appreciates the opportunity to discuss issues related to strengthening bilateral mutually beneficial cooperation between the UAE and Turkmenistan.

Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in turn, expressed confidence that the current visit of Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov will make a huge contribution to the further development of partnership relations.

During the meeting, the parties touched upon the issues of intensifying cooperation in the fuel and energy sector, in the field of investment and the oil refining industry.

Following the visit of the Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan to the UAE, a Joint Declaration was adopted.
