Based on the preliminary conclusion of the district medical department, a criminal case was initiated by the investigative unit under the district IIB by paragraph “m” of Section 105 (2) of the Criminal Code.

In the conclusion of the examination on the appointed court dated may 15, 4 citizens involved in the scandal did not have more than 6 days, The Citizen A.A.at abdominal, chest, right and left thigh, cut wounds in the lateral areas were identified, showing mild body injuries that caused health disorders for no more than 21 days.  

Citizen A.A. due to the objection of the expert to this conclusion, a re-medical examination of the court was appointed and sent to the Andijan region for execution. Currently, preliminary investigative efforts are underway on this situation.
