Erdogan took the oath

Today, on June 3, the swearing-in and inauguration ceremony of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan took place in the building of the Turkish Grand National Assembly in Ankara.

Representatives of 78 countries of the world, more than 20 heads of state and government, including the President of Uzbekistan, took part in the inauguration.

Acting Speaker of the Turkish Parliament, Devlet Bakhceli, handed over a document certifying his victory in the presidential election to the head of state.

Let's remind that Erdogan won the second round of presidential elections held on May 28 this year with a small margin over his opponent. Now he can lead the country until 2028.
