In cases where the driver refuses to undergo a drug test or there is an objection to the results of the test, as well as in the event that during the drug test it is found that he has consumed narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances, the employee of the YPX will charge the driver of the vehicle with alcoholic beverages, narcotic drugs. or takes him to the district (city) treatment-prophylactic institution for a medical examination to determine whether he is under the influence of psychotropic substances. The document has been published in the national database of legal documents and will enter into force on May 28. We remind you that from December 2021, it was reported that the use of new breathalyzers with the possibility of photographing the driver began in Uzbekistan. At that time, 150 breathalyzers of the new model were distributed to YPX employees throughout the republic. When the YPX employee suspects that the driver is drunk from alcohol, he performs tests at the place where the driver was stopped using the Alcostop 8000S breathalyzer device.
