Doctors from Russia visited Turkmenistan as part of a government delegation

Russian doctors who arrived in Ashgabat as part of a government delegation learned about the structure of the health care system of Turkmenistan and got acquainted with the functioning of clinics that are part of the Directorate of International Medical Centers. This was reported in the online publication "Turkmenistan: The Golden Age".

The delegation of Russian doctors praised the possibilities of combating various diseases that Turkmen doctors have. At their disposal are modern diagnostic centers, health resorts, multifunctional medical centers, pharmaceutical enterprises that fully meet all the necessary requirements.

During the visit of the delegation, the Minister of Health of the Russian Federation T. Semenova visited the State Medical University named after M. Garryev, noting the powerful modern infrastructure and expressing joy for turkmen colleagues.

Russian oncologist, surgeon, academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor I. Stylidi visited the Scientific and Clinical Center of Oncology. Candidate of Medical Sciences, specialist in anesthesia and resuscitator D. Protsenko paid a visit to the International Center of Surgery of Ashgabat.
