It was found that the person who posted an announcement to OLX about the sale of the city of Tashkent for $ 250 billion was a 15-year-old student of one of the schools in the capital. As a joke, he said that he did it to share a good mood with people. The HIV Cyber Security Center, on the other hand, assessed the child's actions as “money-making the homeland”.
On April 7, an announcement was placed on the OLX platform, which set a price of $ 250 billion for the capital of Uzbekistan, the city of Tashkent, which caused discussions.

When describing the capital, the author of the announcement noted that he wanted to sell it because of poor quality management. He wrote that all the details of the trade would be discussed at a mutual meeting, giving the price he set – just over $ 250bn.

The HIV Cybersecurity Center reported that the author of the announcement had been identified. It was clarified that this is an exemplary student of one of the schools in the capital, living in the Mirzo Ulugbek District of Tashkent City.

“I saw a similar humorous announcement on social networks that came out in another country. It was here that I jokingly settled, adapting it to Uzbekistan, Tashkent. I did not think that this announcement would spread and cause discussions. I just did this to share a good mood. I regret what I did now,” says a teenager who is studying in the 8th grade.

Both the young man's parents and teachers gave a positive description of his behavior. According to tradition, he is one of the school's outstanding students, active in public affairs.

“Every announcement put on our platform by our company's experts will be checked and controlled. The announcement in this case is also blocked within minutes on the platform. Therefore, we ask our users to provide the correct information when posting an announcement, to leave the correct phone numbers” OLX.uz general director Danielbek Turgunov.

The HIV Cyber Security Center referred to the teenager's behavior as “Homeland monetization”.

"It technologies are developing. Young people have outgrown their parents regarding the use of computers and internet networks. However, if these achievements serve to contribute to goodness, not to monetize the homeland, but to its prosperity, we will have given a worthy answer to the conditions created. Be attentive to the upbringing of your children. The case-by-case study is ongoing, " the official message said.

Earlier it was found that a 10th-grade student living in the Samarkand region agreed to sell the PUBG Mobile Game account to a 14-year-old student from Tashkent for $ 7,000 and embezzled 61 million on a card belonging to his father.
