"Adolat" party has confirmed its candidacy for the presidency of Uzbekistan

According to him, on May 29, an extraordinary congress of the social-democratic party "Adolat" was held. Members of the political council of the party, members of the party faction in the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, members of the Central Control and Audit Commission, delegates elected at conferences of regional party organizations, as well as invited deputies of local councils of people's deputies, party activists, partners representatives of organizations and mass media participated.

At the congress, the issue of nominating a candidate for the presidency from the Social Democratic Party of Uzbekistan "Adolat" was discussed in detail. The delegates supported Robakhon Makhmudova's candidacy for the presidency. In his campaign program, the candidate proposed a social-democratic model of building a legal democratic, welfare state and a just civil society.

The program consists of ten directions, building a legal state, establishing social justice, ensuring the stable growth of the national economy, guaranteeing the stable development of science, innovation and education, strengthening the health of the population, ensuring the sustainable development of society, Among these are tasks such as increasing attention to ecology and the environment, strengthening the role of civil society, women and the family in society, building a highly moral society, conducting a peaceful, fair and progressive foreign policy.

Also, tasks such as creating new opportunities for ensuring human rights, adopting laws with directly working mechanisms were included in the candidate's program. The need to develop the "Social State - 2030" program on the social protection of citizens and support business entities in the candidate's pre-election program, as well as the need to adopt the law "On the guaranteed volume of medical care" put forward such proposals.
