A new head of the Foreign Labor Migration Agency was appointed

An employee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs became the head of the agency. By order of the Minister of Poverty Reduction and Employment of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Jahongir Isamutdinovich Khudoykhojayev was appointed as the head of the Foreign Labor Migration Agency. Jahangir Khudoykhojayev was born in Tashkent region in 1979, until that time he worked in various positions in the system of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In particular, he was an adviser to the minister in 2019-2022. It should be noted that Afzal Irmatov, the former head of the Foreign Labor Migration Agency, was accused and arrested under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code.
