A new decree of Shavkat Mirziyoyev was adopted

The Presidential Decree "On measures to effectively organize state administration in the field of digital technologies within the framework of administrative reforms" (PF-76, 05/24/2023) was adopted.

According to the decree, the Unified interactive state services portal is the single point of providing digital services and services and receiving their results.

The stages of using the services provided through the single portal are optimized on the basis of the "3 steps" principle.

Until December 1, 2023, 14 "Digital service points" will be established in the state service centers in the first stage so that citizens can use digital services independently.

By January 1, 2024, a new software form of providing services will be introduced through the Single portal, which provides for the integration of digital services and services, electronic payments, media resources.

From September 1, 2023, the central apparatus of the executive power will be transferred to the "edo.ijro.uz" system.

From May 1, 2024, the territorial divisions of the executive power and the organizations under their control will be completely transferred to the "edo.ijro.uz" system.

From August 1, 2023, 50 percent of the funds saved due to the implementation of projects related to the introduction of digital technologies in state bodies will be directed to the development of digital technologies in the activities of these state bodies in the next fiscal year.

Also, measures will be taken to increase the number of mobile Internet users in 2023. It is envisaged to increase their number to 31.5 million people.
