At the end of June, the residents of Uzbekistan rest for at least three days in a row, and at most five days.
It was reported earlier that in 2023 Eid al-Adha may be celebrated on June 29 (Thursday). However, different sources now give different dates - from June 28 to June 30.

Later, in the fatwa center of the Office of Muslims of Uzbekistan, it was clarified that June 28 is the most likely date for celebrating Eid al-Adha in 2023 in the republic.

In March, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov signed a decree on setting the dates for the celebration of Ramadan and Eid al-Adha in 2023. According to information, Eid al-Adha will be celebrated in Tatarstan on June 28. Similar information came from Kazakhstan.

According to the President's decision on April 20, June 30 (Friday) was declared an additional day off for all employees, regardless of the type of working week. In addition, July 1 (Saturday) will be an additional day off for workers with a 6-day work week.

Based on the above information, it can be concluded that the residents of Uzbekistan rest at least three days in a row during Eid al-Adha (according to the document):

- June 30 (Friday) - an additional day off for all employees, regardless of the type of work week;
- July 1 (Saturday) - an additional day off for employees with a 6-day work week;
- July 2 (Sunday) - a day off according to the calendar.

But if Eid al-Adha is celebrated on June 29 (Thursday), Uzbeks will rest for four days, and if it is celebrated on June 28 - five days in a row.

The exact date will be determined closer to the holiday. According to the legislation, the holiday can be delayed by one day.
