58 multi-storey houses for 2.5 thousand families will be built in Zangiota district of Tashkent region. This was reported by the press secretary of the president. According to him, on the initiative of the president, the "My First Home" program will be launched in Tashkent region. For this purpose, a special housing company will be established under the Ministry of Construction. It will be allocated 36 hectares of land from Zangiota district, and a comprehensive development project of this area will be developed. In this area, 58 multi-storey houses, suitable for 2.5 thousand families, meeting all standards, comfortable and energy-efficient, will be built. It is noted that the monthly payment for 2- and 3-room apartments in these houses will be cheaper than the current subsidized mortgage payments. The Ministry of Construction, Tashkent Region Hokimation was instructed to complete the master plan of "My First House" town within a week, and to hold the project for expert and public discussion.
