Amrillo Inoyatov spoke at the Bukhara propaganda event “the Constitution is ours”, urging the public to be active in constitutional reform, to participate in the referendum.
"15-20 years ago, our medicine was in a very critical condition. We lacked doctors. They would go abroad to work. In our medical institutions there was a shortage of medicines, medical equipment.

The population struggled and went to polyclinics at long distances. Since 2016, in our country, there has been a fundamental turn in our medicine. Our optimized 2000 polyclinics began to be built.Who will carry out new revolutionary reforms in our new Uzbekistan? Of course, a healthy people, a healthy nation. It is this people, to ensure the healthy gene pool of the nation – our ultimate goal. Article 48 of our Constitution makes it clear that emergency medical care is free for our population, and that some of the medical services and medicines will be provided free of charge by the state in a guaranteed way,” said Amrillo Inoyatov.

Earlier, such events were held in the regions of Fergana, Andijan and Syrdarya.

Propaganda activities on the draft constitutional law are planned to be held in all regions of the Republic.
