Until October 15, the rectors of the OSCE receive an order to pay the contract money of applicants.
The presidential decree on the quota noted the payment of contract money of Student women entering the Magistracy on the basis of a contract.

Contract money is paid without any repayment terms.

To do this, women studying in graduate school apply annually until September 15 with an application in the name of the rector of the OSM, who is studying by himself. The contract of those who are late on this date will not be paid. Applicants ' applications are collected and sent to the ministry to which the OSCE belongs.

A foreign language certificate is mandatory for the master's degree. In this case, the certificate level for philological educational areas should be at least C1, and for all other educational areas-B2.
