The law on the Tashkent pen is repealed

The Cabinet of Ministers must submit a bill to the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis to declare this law invalid within 2 months. The Ministry of Internal Affairs was tasked with submitting a draft of the presidential decree within a month, which provides for completely new mechanisms aimed at introducing the procedure for informing citizens in the registration of their place of residence. The purpose of these is to ensure the full realization of the right to free movement throughout the country, to choose the place of residence and residence, as defined in Article 32 of the newly revised constitution.
