The CEC allowed 5 parties to participate in the presidential election

Earlier than the term of the Central Election Commission, the next session dedicated to the election of the president of Uzbekistan was held.
According to the CEC, the meeting, which was attended by authorized representatives of political parties, considered the issue of allowing parties to participate in the election of the president of Uzbekistan ahead of schedule.

People's Democratic Party of Uzbekistan, movement of entrepreneurs and businessmen by the Central Election Commission in accordance with the electoral code – After reviewing documents submitted by the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan, the Social Democratic Party of Justice of Uzbekistan, the Environmental Party of Uzbekistan and the Democratic Party of national reconstruction of Uzbekistan asking for permission to participate in the presidential election earlier, the parties in question were granted permission to participate in the presidential election of Uzbekistan on July 9, 2023, and appropriate decisions were made.

Also, within the framework of the meeting, authorized representatives of political parties were issued a certificate of permission to participate in the elections, as well as letterheads of signature sheets of the specified sample.
