This festival has been celebrated in Spain since 1621. During the national cultural festival "El Colacho", a person who is considered to be the devil, wearing a colorful costume and mask, walks through the streets of the village with a whip in his hand. At the same time, he jumps over babies and protects them from evil and diseases.
