It has been discovered that fake messages are being sent to citizens in the name of Erkinjon Turdimov

It has come to light that fraudulent messages are circulating on social media, purportedly sent to citizens on behalf of Erkinjon Turdimov—the First Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan and Minister of Education and Science. Reports indicate that messages sent via Telegram claim an internal investigation regarding the activities of scientists is underway at the ministry and that a major from the State Security Service will contact the recipients in this regard.

In response to this situation, the ministry stated that these messages are false. Citizens are advised not to trust messages from unknown accounts, not to share passport details or SMS codes with third parties, and to refrain from spreading suspicious messages.
Furthermore, the public is urged to verify information regarding the ministry's activities solely through official sources.
