On measures for further development of goods delivery services

Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan
In order to create the conditions necessary for the development of the service sector, in particular the activities of enterprises engaged in catering and delivery of goods:

1. Suspend for a period up to January 1 , 2024 the requirement to have a driver's license for driving two- or three-wheeled vehicles having a maximum design speed of no more than 50 kilometers per hour, an internal combustion engine displacement of no more than 50 cm3 or an electric motor with a nominal (installed) capacity of more than 0.25 kilowatts and less than 4 kilowatts, including mopeds, quadricycles (ATVs), tricycles, scooters having exactly the same characteristics, and also other mechanical devices adapted for movement on the carriageway.

At the same time, establish that persons traveling on vehicles specified in this paragraph must be wearing a buttoned helmet.

2. Paragraph 23 of the annex to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 8, 2020 No. PP–4742 "On measures to simplify state regulation of entrepreneurship and self-employment" should be worded as follows:

"23. Delivery of goods on the basis of an order (except freight transportation)".

3. To assign control over the execution of this resolution to Deputy Prime Minister Kuchkarov D.A.
