National Guard officers were given the right to impose fines

The powers of the National Guard officers in the review of administrative offenses have been expanded.

By the Law signed by the President (ORQ-842, 12.05.2023), amendments were made to the Code of Administrative Responsibility.

Accordingly, the employees of the National Guard bodies are subject to petty harassment, carrying a cold weapon or objects that can be used as a cold weapon, involving a minor in committing an administrative offense, engaging in antisocial behavior, serving alcohol in public places. additional powers were given to consider cases of administrative offenses such as consumption, draw up reports and send them to the court for consideration.

This Law shall enter into force from the date of its promulgation.
