At the first stage of the project, it is planned to install centralized modular compressor units (MKQ) "Chuvama", "Pirnazar", "Karovulbozor", "Shimaliy Maymanak", which will allow extraction of 2.75 million cubic meters of natural gas per day. . In the second stage, it is planned to introduce wellhead MQCs. It is planned to compress natural gas from Saneg company's fields in Mubarak and transport it to the centralized MQC. Then, in order to supply the MTO (Methanol to Olefin) gas-chemical complex with raw materials, the extracted gas is transported from the centralized MQCs to the "Korakol" gas processing complex. "Saneg is looking for modern technologies to extend the working life of mines and to extract residual gas," says Saneg executive director Tolkin Yusupov. - MCQ solves the problem of low-pressure gas extraction from fields and allows optimization of extraction in each well. The effectiveness of the use of MQC has already been proven at the Chuvama mine, where we managed to increase the average daily gas production by 80%, from 104 to 178 thousand cubic meters, and then the gas was sent to the Mubarak gas processing plant. we managed to transport". Enter Engineering, the general contractor of the project, completed the technological facility worth 1.6 million US dollars in a short period of time. The leading Chinese manufacturing company "Sichuan Jinxing Clean Energy Equipment Co., Ltd" delivered modern gas piston equipment and compressors. Saneg is planning to introduce 40 wellhead MKQ compressors in a number of mines in Kashkadarya region and ensure the transportation of 7 million cubic meters of natural gas per day.
