Express24 opened "Dark Kitchen" kitchens for the first time in Uzbekistan

Express24 service opened "Dark Kitchen" kitchens for serving customers for the first time in Uzbekistan.

These kitchens are designed to prepare meals for delivery only. Express24's delivery service provides partner restaurants with separate kitchens to prepare food in one place and immediately deliver it to couriers. In this way, the delivery time is significantly reduced. Also, with the "Dark Kitchen" project, there will be an opportunity to expand the possibility of food delivery and minimize costs in partner institutions.

Currently, Dark Kitchen kitchens are located in the building of the Zarafshon shopping center. As part of this service, "Moscow pizza" was one of the first to start working in the new order. "Osh Markazi", "Testo" and "Chef Burger" are expected to join the project by the end of the month.

The new operation will help restaurants and cafes to increase the number of orders by reducing the cost of delivery. Express24 also helps in attracting new customers.
