In the near future, Uzbekistan can be visited by the presidents of France and Hungary, the president and Prime Minister of Singapore, the Prime Minister of Japan and the Emir of Qatar. It was planned that Shavkat Mirziyoyev would go to Italy, Georgia, Bangladesh, China, India, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.
French President Emmanuel Macron will visit Uzbekistan in 2023. This was announced today, may 5, by the Minister of investment, industry and trade of Uzbekistan Laziz Kucharov, Hewshub said.

” The expected visit of French President Macron to Uzbekistan this year will require the efforts of the governments of the two countries to be of practical importance, " Kuhtov said at a meeting of the Uzbek-French Intergovernmental Commission on trade and economic cooperation.

If the visit takes place, Macron becomes the second president of France to visit Uzbekistan. Islam Karimov, the first president of Uzbekistan, traveled across Europe in 1993 to the United Kingdom of the GFR, Netherlands, France I, in response to which François Mitterrand, the 21st president of France, visited Samarkand in 1994.

For information, Shavkat Mirziyoyev was in Paris with a two-day visit in October 2018 and November 2022. At last year's visit, Mirziyoyev invited his French colleague to go to Uzbekistan at a convenient time for him.

The president of Uzbekistan has also made two visits to Germany from among the Euroittifac member states. The same week, on 3 May, in talks with GFR chancellor Olaf Scholes in Berlin, Shavkat Mirziyoyev invited him to Uzbekistan as well.

Another OECD partner is Hungary. Shavkat Mirziyoyev made a state visit to Budapest in October 2022, while Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán visited Tashkent on an official visit in March 2021, and Samarkand on a working visit to attend the Turkish Organization summit in November 2022.

According to a Wikipedia report, French President Emmanuel Macron will be in Tashkent and Samarkand during his visit.

There are also scheduled visits to Uzbekistan by Hungarian President Katalin Novak, Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, Emir of Qatar Tamim bin Hamad Ol Soniy, Prime Minister of Singapore Lee Xiang Lun and President of Singapore Halima Jacob.

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, on the other hand, can make a state visit to Bangladesh, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan and China in 2023, and an official visit to India, Kazakhstan and Italy.

It is also envisaged that Shavkat Mirziyoyev will visit Brussels to sign a new main document between Uzbekistan and the European Union, an agreement on expanded partnership and cooperation, which has been prepared for several years. Last month, it was announced that negotiations on the draft agreement had been successfully concluded and paraffined.
