Shavkat Mirziyoyev proposed to establish cooperation between special services at the Central Asia—China summit on may 19.

The president noted that Uzbekistan highly appreciates today's level of regional dialogue on stability and security issues. A principled position is occupied on the issues of independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of the countries.

"Uzbekistan supports China's global Initiative based on the principles of indivisibility of security and peaceful development in accordance with the United Nations Charter.

We propose to establish close cooperation between Central Asian countries and Chinese special services and law enforcement agencies in the fight against three evil forces, drug trafficking, cross-border and cybercrime.

The full use of the platforms of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the dialogue group within the framework of countries adjacent to Afghanistan is relevant in order to develop an agreed position on the Prevention of humanitarian disaster in Afghanistan and to adopt measures.

Dear Mr. Xi Jinping, as you noted yesterday, it is important that we promote in harmony issues related to the creation of an inclusive political system in Afghanistan, the establishment of large-scale cooperation of our countries against terrorism.

We also hope that our initiative to form a high-level international group under the auspices of the United Nations will be supported by the world community and the Afghan government to develop an algorithm for fulfilling mutual obligations,” the president noted during his speech.
