The Mission of Turkmenistan to the UN hosted a briefing on preventive diplomacy in Central Asia

On January 31, the Permanent Mission of Turkmenistan to the United Nations hosted a briefing on preventive diplomacy in Central Asia. The event was held with the participation of Natalia Herman - representative of the UN Secretary-General and head of the UNRCCA. This is reported on the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

Natalia German told about the report to the UN Security Council on the activities of the Regional Center for Preventive Diplomacy in Central Asia on January 30, 2023. Members of the UN Security Council commended the work of the Center.

During the briefing, the Turkmen side handed over a concept note, which dealt with the proposal to establish a permanent Central Asian Youth Dialogue aimed at maintaining peace and stability in the Central Asian region.
