Due to a sharp drop in temperatures, temporary restrictions may be imposed on the operation of CNG filling stations in Uzbekistan. This was announced by the Ministry of Energy.
According to the ministry, during cold weather, priority in natural gas supply will be given to residential households, schools, kindergartens, and hospitals. If necessary, CNG filling stations will operate under restricted schedules agreed upon with local authorities. Consumers will be notified in advance.
For reference, cold and humid air masses are expected to enter Uzbekistan on November 9–12. In some regions, temperatures may drop to as low as −7°C.
