The president signed the new law

According to it, now all owners of private estates can pay a voluntary tax for calculation of length of service. With the Law signed by the President (O'RQ-847, 16.06.2023), amendments and additions were made to some legal documents aimed at reducing informal employment. According to the amendments and additions to the Tax Code, landowners who are busy in their private plots or engaged in greenhouse, poultry, rabbit breeding, beekeeping, fishing, horticulture, lemon growing, flower growing in this area, or their family members can voluntarily pay social tax to calculate their work experience, regardless of the area of the land or the number of animals and poultry. Previously, it was allowed to pay social tax if the land was 0.04 hectares, cattle or 50 poultry. Therefore, the requirements for the land plot and the number of animals were removed from the Law "On Estate Management".
