In her videos, Droniak shares glimpses of her daily life, parties with her friends, and advice on relationships. The cost of her stay at the retirement home exceeds $10,000 per month. Recently, she faced the risk of being evicted from the facility due to the frequent parties she hosted with her friends. Following an agreement with the administration, she is now permitted to hold gatherings, though the consumption of alcoholic beverages in her room is prohibited.

According to the BBC, she also generates income through advertising contracts with major companies, including cosmetics brands. She is setting aside a portion of her earnings to fund her great-grandchild's education. While her grandchild occasionally assists with filming and editing, the ideas for the videos are conceived by Lillian Droniak herself.
