A meeting with the chairmen of the courts of appeal was held in the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan

A session was held in the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan with the participation of the chairmen of the courts of appeal operating in the country and relevant judicial collegiums.

Report was told in the press service of the Supreme Court.

The meeting discussed work to improve judicial activities, increase the authority of the judiciary, relations between the Supreme Court and the courts of appeal, the current situation and upcoming tasks. The role of the Supreme Court in ensuring the rule of law, as well as in the formation of a unified judicial practice, was noted.

At the meeting, discussions were also held on other issues of mutual interest, a number of proposals were voiced.
