It should be noted that the territory of Turkey is located in a seismically active zone, and earthquakes occur precisely in these seismogenic zones. Today, in cooperation with the Ministry of Emergencies and the Academy of Sciences, the Interagency Expert Commission on Seismic Situation Assessment and Forecasting of Future Seismic Situation is operating in our republic.
