A part of the VAT is refunded to some entrepreneurs

In accordance with the decree of the President of August 30, from October 1, 2024, to entrepreneurs providing tour operator and hotel services, and from January 1, 2025 to January 1, 2028, a part of the VAT paid by the 25th of each month will be paid as follows a system of reimbursement from the republican budget will be introduced in the following amounts:

40% of VAT to catering establishments with over 60%;
20% of VAT to catering establishments with less than 60%;
to entrepreneurs providing tour operator and hotel services - 20 percent of VAT.

From November 1, 2024, a register of factors that pose a high risk to human life and health will be introduced, which will be kept open to everyone.
