Zoyir Mirzayev dismissed the leaders of Qibray district

The governor of the Tashkent region, Zoyir Mirzayev, fired almost all the leaders of the Qibray district and ordered an investigation into their activities. The mayor emphasized that young people should be hired for vacant positions and that the region needs "new blood". Deputy governors of Qibray district of Tashkent region, all other specialists of the governorate were released from their duties. This was announced by regional governor Zoyir Mirzayev at an extraordinary session of the Council of People's Deputies of Qibray district on August 17. It is noted that a legal evaluation of their activities will be given, and if they come out "clean", then they will continue their work. It was also decided that the heads of all state organizations in the district (except for law-enforcement agencies) will be released from their positions. Their performance will also be evaluated within a week. The regional governor noted that nearly 20,000 citizens of the district are abroad as migrants and called it "a situation that is not suitable for Qibrai". It was mentioned that by the end of six months, the volume of production of industrial products in the district did not change compared to last year, and 8 enterprises stopped their activities. It is noted that there is a shortage of service facilities such as 84 hairdressers and beauty salons in relation to the population. According to the KPI system, assistant mayors in district neighborhoods received a total of 76 points, which is the 13th place in the region. "Competent businessmen do not believe that there will be transparency and justice in Kibrai. There is no support for the activity of exporting enterprises. As a result, in the next 2 years, 7 exporting enterprises working in the district transferred their account numbers to other districts. So, they did not want to work with the officials here," said the regional governor. He noted that there is a lot of illegality and mismanagement in construction and agriculture in Qibrai, and it is time to regulate it. Also, the fact that the largest number of public catering outlets in the region is in Qibrai, but most of them have not been officially employed, has been criticized as an obstacle to the implementation of employment programs. In addition, it was mentioned that it is necessary to fight against the underground economy in the district, and for this purpose, a special working group should be created under the chairmanship of the district governor. Processing of only 8% of the agricultural products produced in the district was noted as a "painful issue". The regional governor announced the implementation of the "Qibray experience" of working with personnel. "Young people are recruited for vacant positions and regional organizations on the basis of a competition. It is impossible not to pour "new blood" into Qibrai in this way," the mayor said. It was shown that there is no place in the kindergarten for 4,000 children in the region, and the coverage of preschool education is 67%, and this is considered a "shameful situation" for Kibrai. It was noted that there is not a single kindergarten in 16 neighborhoods of the district. "Working with appeals in the district is deplorable. Of the 1,697 appeals received, only 8 percent of them were resolved positively. 28 admissions, 128 citizens. That is, an average of 4 citizens participated in one reception.
