Ziroat Mirziyoyeva Meets with the First Lady of Albania

As part of the official visit of the President of Albania to Uzbekistan, a meeting was held at the Kuksaroy Residence between the First Lady of Uzbekistan, Ziroat Mirziyoyeva, and the First Lady of Albania, Armanda Begaj.

During the meeting, which took place in a warm and open atmosphere, the two sides discussed strengthening the friendship between the peoples of Uzbekistan and Albania, expanding cultural and humanitarian cooperation, and promoting mutual understanding.

As part of the cultural program, Armanda Begaj was introduced to unique examples of Uzbek applied arts, including wood carving, traditional suzani embroidery, and ceramic craftsmanship.

The guest was also presented with a showcase of traditional Uzbek attire and the “Kelin Salom” ceremony, reflecting the distinctive customs and traditions of various regions of the country. The First Lady of Albania highly praised the rich cultural heritage, national values, and traditions of the Uzbek people.
