A famous Tajik singer and composer died in a traffic accident in Dushanbe. He was supposed to celebrate his 28th birthday in October.
In Tajikistan, famous musician Nekruz Niyozov died as a result of a traffic accident.
Close friends of the singer told Sputnik Tajikistan about this.
The young man was only 27 years old.
As it became known, the death occurred at about 22:30 on Thursday, September 21.
A collision between two Lexus cars occurred on Ahmadi Donish Street, the Dushanbe Ministry of Internal Affairs said in a statement.
As a result, one of the cars hit Niyozov, who was standing on the side of the road.
It is noted that the cars were driven by drivers aged 18 and 19 years.
“The pedestrian received various injuries and was taken to the Shifobakhsh hospital, but died on the morning of September 22,” the statement said.
The internal affairs bodies emphasized that currently the necessary materials have been prepared on this situation and a preliminary investigation is underway.
A criminal case has been opened against the driver of the car in which Bahrom Gafuri died
Niyozov will be buried in his hometown in the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region.
