Young man jailed for 15 days after harassing an elderly woman
Earlier, it was reported that an intoxicated young man in Tashkent sexually harassed a 75-year-old woman.
According to reports, the incident occurred on August 4 near Dostlik Park. Witnesses detained the man and handed him over to law enforcement officers.
During the court hearing, the 22-year-old admitted his guilt and expressed remorse for his actions.
The court found him guilty of petty hooliganism, being intoxicated in a public place, and disobeying lawful orders of law enforcement officers, sentencing him to 15 days of administrative detention.
