Worker dies after being buried under soil in Navoi
A 59-year-old hired worker died in Uzbekistan’s Navoi region after being buried under soil while repairing pipes.
The incident occurred on August 7 in the Alisher Navoi mahalla during repairs to old underground pipes. The worker died at the scene. He was the father of four children. An investigation into the incident is underway.
